Here we see a 43 year old lady from Phoenix, Arizona who requested tummy tuck, breast augmentation, and liposuction. She wanted a complete mommy makeover. She wanted breast augmentation and tummy tuck for at least 7 years previous to the consult. she was very sure about what size her breasts should be after this operation. She wanted natural looking results and a solid D cup after saline breast implant surgery.. Before her mommy makeover, she was 5 feet 1 inches tall, and weighed 127 pounds. She was quite unhappy with the excess skin on her tummy and the stretchmarks left from several pregnancies. Her goal was to have bigger boobs, balance her appearance by increasing the fullness of her breasts and tighten her tummy with a tummy tuck. A 450 cc moderate-plus saline breast implant was placed using a crease incision and under the muscle. A tummy tuck was performed with a very low incision technique. The abdominal muscles were tightened. I performed her plastic surgery at a local Phoenix surgery center. Liposuction of the hips, tummy, and outer thighs was also performed and allowed the removal of 1200 cc of unwanted fat from her body. The hourglass appearance after surgery is due to the muscle tightening. She is shown 6 months after tummy tuck and lipo in the before and after photos.
