Here we have a nice 23 year old lady from Litchfield Park, Arizona. Her priorities were the breasts. She was concerned about the flabby skin and large areolas that developed after the birth her last child, 6 years ago. She had been waiting all this time to have a breast augmentation with a breast lift. She was also concerned about the looseness in her abdominal skin and requested a tummy tuck at consultation. She decided to consult with me at my Scottsdale, Arizona medical practice to pursue her interest in a mommy makeover. Based on our discussions, I did recommend a mommy makeover for her. I recommended tummy tuck surgery with liposuction of the hips to reduce her dress size. I also recommend breast augmentation with placement of saline implants under the muscle. We discussed her soft breasts and I recommended the areola breast lift technique because it would effectively reduce the size of the areola and give her breasts a firmer appearance. At the time of her surgery, she was wearing a 36 B and she requested a D cup after breast enhancement. She is in good health, 5 feet 5 inches tall, and weighs 158 pounds right before surgery. Restoring perkiness to her breasts with saline breast implants was a big priority. A breast augmentation and areola reduction using 540 cc smooth round moderate-plus saline breast implants placed via nipple incisions under the muscle was performed. An areola lift was also performed through the same incisions. A tummy tuck was performed using our very low incision technique and the abdominal muscles were corrected. Liposuction in the tummy, love handles and flanks allowed for the removal of 1700 cc of unwanted fat from her body. A pain reducing pump was placed for greater comfort. She preferred to go home after surgery and made an outstanding recovery after her mommy makeover. She has told me her breasts are very perky and full, which has given her increased self-esteem. She recently mentioned that she is no longer self-conscious about her tummy.
