Here we have a 46 year old lady from Phoenix, Arizona who requested a complete mommy makeover at our North Scottsdale, Arizona medical office. She requested a breast augmentation, correction of nipple inversion, tummy tuck Phoenix and liposuction of the tummy and hips. We sat down together and discussed her wishes for an improved figure. Before surgery, she had lost 45 pounds and had very elastic abdominal skin. She wanted a single operation to improve all the areas of concern. We recommended a mommy makeover type 1. Her cosmetic surgery was performed at a local Arizona plastic surgery center. She had a total of 500 cc (1.1 pounds) of unwanted fat removed via lipo during the operation. Her abdominal skin and fat tissue which was removed weighed 1.5 pounds. Her breast augmentation was performed using 450cc saline breast implants. She had her cosmetic surgery performed at a local Arizona plastic surgery center with an overnight stay and is shown 1 year after surgery. She is now 10 pounds lighter than previous to surgery, has a D cup, and a tight tummy.
