This is a nice 30 year old lady from Phoenix, Arizona. She decided to discuss with me her goal of achieving a mommy makeover. She consulted with me at my Scottsdale, Arizona medical practice to pursue her interests in breast augmentation combined with a tummy tuck. For the tummy, she was concerned about the flabby skin that developed from childbirth. I recommend a tummy tuck and liposuction procedure using the very low incision technique. She was very concerned with achieving a very natural looking belly button result too. I also recommended liposuction of the flanks and hips to reduce the waistline. In her opinion, the breasts were not perky. She did request to have a fuller cup and to achieve the most natural result possible. Right before breast surgery, she was wearing a 36 B and requested a small D cup. She is in good health, 5 feet 1 inches tall, and weighs 140pounds. Achieving the most natural looking plastic surgery result possible was a big priority. She had her cosmetic surgery operation and went home after surgery. Her mommy makeover was performed using Mentor’s 450 cc moderate plus saline filled breast implants placed under the muscles for her breast augmentation. A tummy tuck was performed using our very low incision technique and the abdominal muscles were corrected. Liposuction in the tummy, love handles and flanks allowed for the removal of 800 cc of unwanted fat from her body. A pain reducing pump was placed for greater comfort. She preferred to go home after surgery and made an excellent recovery after her mommy makeover. She has told me her breasts are symmetrical now and that these feel soft and natural. She is feeling very confident with her new figure that developed after surgery.
