In this section, we see a 33 year old lady from Scottsdale, Arizona who requested tummy tuck with circumferential liposuction and Brazilian butt lift. This operation is called a composite body contouring surgery or mommy makeover type 4. In addition, we also discussed breast augmentation with silicone and saline breast implants. Her goals were to reduce and tighten her tummy, achieve an hour-glass shape and a bigger and rounder buttocks. She also wanted bigger breasts. She also wanted her breasts that were perkier. After having children, her tummy became loose and stretchy. She was now looking for a tummy tuck with a very low incision, fat injections to her buttocks, and breast augmentation all as one operation. She also wanted me to perform liposuction of the back, hips and thighs to significantly reduce the fat volume and obtain an A-shape appearance with an hour glass waist. I did recommended a mommy makeover type 4 with breast augmentation. Before her plastic surgery, she is 5 feet 8 inches and 137 pounds. Surgery was performed at a local Arizona plastic surgery center. Saline breast implants were placed through the crease and under the muscle. Each breast was augmented with 400 cc saline filled smooth moderate plus breast implants. She also had a tummy tuck that removed 1 pound of excess weight from her body and 1.8 liters of unwanted fat removed via liposuction on the thighs, tummy, and back. I injected 510 cc of fat into each buttocks. She was able to achieve a natural result from the tummy tuck operation.
