Here we discuss a 29 year old woman who decided on a mommy makeover with breast augmentation and tummy tuck. She was concerned with her small breasts and significant asymmetry of the breasts. She requested an improvement of the breast symmetry. She decided on silicone breast implants placed under the muscle, a 325 cc size on the right breast for the smaller breast, and 275 cc for the larger left breast. This gave her nice breast symmetry. For her tummy, the flabby and lose skin from childbirth was a great concern for this lady. Therefore, I recommended a tummy tuck and liposuction using a low incision tummy tuck approach. I also recommended liposuction of the abdomen and hips. She requested a mid-C breast cup with silicone breast implants.Before the plastic surgery operation, she is in good health, 5 feet 5 inches tall, and weighs 122 pounds. She had her cosmetic operation without an overnight stay, deciding to go home after surgery. A tummy tuck was done using a very low incision method and the abdominal muscles were corrected.
