A very pleasant lady, 30 years of age from North Scottsdale, Arizona came to our plastic surgery office in Scottsdale, Arizona for a consultation. She explained her dissatisfaction with a flabby tummy, stubborn fat pockets, and her deflated breasts after 3 kids. She was really concerned about the stretchmarks in her tummy and the smaller breast cup. She chose me because I came highly recommended to perform breast augmentation and tummy tuck surgery, a type 1 mommy makeover. She told me that despite good diet and exercise, her tummy continued to bother her, and her breasts had become small and deflated. She wanted a plastic surgery operation which would create a tight and flat tummy and allow for a cup size of full D. Before surgery, she is 5 feet 8 inches and 137 pounds. I recommended a tummy tuck, lipo of the tummy and hips and breast augmentation using silicone gel breast implants. She had some mild asymmetry and a different size breast implant was recommended for each breast. Her cosmetic surgery was performed at a local Arizona plastic surgery center with an overnight stay and a pain reducing pump for better comfort. She had a tummy tuck to tighten the muscles and the loose skin. Her silicone breast implants were placed under the muscle and a 450 cc volume implant was placed left while a 475 cc breast implant was placed on the right side. The results of surgery are show before and after photos taken 3 months after her tummy and breast plastic surgery.
