A 34 year old woman from Chandler, Arizona requested tummy tuck, breast augmentation, and liposuction at our Scottsdale plastic surgery center. Her priority was to have a single operation, as a mommy makeover, and to complete her tummy tuck, possible lipo, and breast augmentation in one session. She had been thinking about breast augmentation and tummy tuck for at least 5 years previous to the consult. She had seen other Arizona plastic surgeons. She wanted natural looking results and a solid D cup after breast surgery and really liked silicone breast implants. At the time of her mommy makeover, she was 5 feet 4 inches tall, and weighed 125 pounds. She was unhappy with the excess skin of her abdomen and stretchmarks left from pregnancy. She wished to balance her appearance by increasing the fullness of her breasts and tightening her tummy with a tummy tuck. I highly recommended breast augmentation with Mentor’s MemoryGel Silicone breast implants placed under the muscles. A 450 cc moderate-plus silicone breast implant was placed using a crease incision. A tummy tuck was performed using my very low incision technique and the abdominal muscles were tightened. A pain reducing pump was placed for greater comfort. I performed her cosmetic surgery at a Phoenix plastic surgery center. No liposuction of the hips and tummy at was required to achieve a beautiful tummy tuck result. She is shown 4 months after combined tummy tuck and breast augmentation.
