This case involves a 31 year old lady who requested a breast augmentation in Arizona using saline breast implants. Before the breast augmentation surgery, she was wearing a B cup and wanted to increase her bus to a nice D cup. An additional goal for her was to achieve better cleavage and an over all round shape. I recommended the use of a moderate plus saline breast implant, which enhances roundness and while giving patients good forward projection, cleavage and upper breast pole volume. The after photos show a solid D cup using 400 cc breast implants.
