A pleasant 37 year old lady from Phoenix, Arizona is shown before and after inner thigh lift, body lift, and thigh liposuction. She lost 70 pounds over a period of 10 years after a bariatric stomach stapling surgery. Her weight was stable for the past 3 years before requesting an improvement in her body and thigh contour. Her highest recorded body mass index was 44.6. At the time of surgery, her body mass index was 32.3. She was not happy with the excess skin of the thighs and central body.
