A nice 50 year old lady from Scottsdale, Arizona requested facial plastic surgery with minimal scars. She consulted with me at my medical office in north Scottsdale, Arizona. We discussed her facial aging in great detail during our consultation. She wanted to achieve a more youthful and rested appearance. She wanted to minimize the jowls, saggy facial skin and wrinkles. A facelift with upper and lower cosmetic eyelid surgery was recommended to reduce the appearance of the loose skin and wrinkles in the face, neck and eyelids. Neck liposuction was also performed and this fat was recycled and she received fat injections into the face and laugh lines.
