This is a nice young lady, 28 years old from Scottsdale, Arizona who came in for consultation at my medical office near Phoenix, Arizona. She has 2 kids and feels that her body has never been the same since childbirth. Her goal is to enhance the size and shape of the breasts and to improve her figure with a tummy tuck. I designed a mommy makeover after reviewing her requests. She complained of having excessively loose skin, stretchmarks, with extra fat tissue. Her goal was to improve her figure by tightening the tummy as best as possible. She was a B cup before surgery and requested a small D cup after breast enhancement. She had tummy tuck surgery and breast augmentation performed at the same time as part of the mommy makeover. I also performed an anchor pattern breast lift. She had her cosmetic surgery performed at a local Arizona plastic surgery and recovery center. She had 1386 grams (3 pounds) of tissue removed from her tummy along with 1950 cc of fat tissue (4.29 pounds) from the tummy and love handles. She is shown 14 months after her surgery and is very pleased with her results. She stayed at the recovery center overnight and recovered nicely from her mommy makeover. Her confidence level is up since surgery and she has enjoyed shopping for new clothes in a smaller dress size.
