In this section, a 36 year old lady from north Arizona wanted four cosmetic surgery oprocedures to be performed at the same time. She requested tummy tuck, breast lift with saline breast implants, liposuction, and Brazilian butt lift to be performed in one setting. She came to my cosmetic surgery center located in Scottsdale, Arizona for a consultation. She was referred by a previous patient who had a similar surgery performed previously, and was very happy. She mentioned her breasts were saggy and deflated. She requested bigger breasts and a breast lift. She wanted to go from a B cup to a D cup. She complained her tummy was flabby and had stretchmarks after 4 kids. She also requested a tummy tuck with muscle repair and removal of her fat pockets in the back and thighs. Her other goals were to improve the size and shape of her buttocks via fat injections. After the tummy tuck and lipo,she wanted me to perform fat injections to the buttocks to fill out the upper butt. The operation also included a breast lift with saline filled breast implants under the muscle. Before surgery, she is 5 feet 2 inches and 136 pounds. I recommended a mommy makeover. Her plastic surgery operation was performed at a local Arizona plastic surgery and recovery hospital. During surgery, an anchor pattern breast lift was performed and her saline breast implants, filled with 465 cc resulted in a nice lift and full D cup. She is shown 6 months after surgery with an excellent tight tummy and full, round breasts.
