In this area we have a 33 year old woman from Phoenix, Arizona who requested a mommy makeover. She had the desire to have a tummy tuck and liposuction of the body. She then requested that I place the fat back into her buttocks to make the buttocks fuller and more round. Several years before consulting for plastic surgery in Arizona, she had a mini tummy tuck. She was not sure that she could have another tummy tuck. After examining her and discussing her goals, I recommended that we could perform a tummy tuck and a Brazilian butt lift all in one session. This is known as a mommy makeover type 4. Her mommy makeover included a revision tummy tuck, liposuction of the tummy, hips, thighs, and back. I was able to remove 2700 cc of unwanted fat from her body. I then place 490 cc of pure fat graft into each buttock. Her post-surgery photos taken 3 months after revision tummy tuck, lipo, and Brazilian buttock lift demonstrate her results. She told me that she loves her new figure and that she is very confident with her new flat tummy and outstanding round buttocks.
