In this section we have a 48 year old woman originally from Tempe, Arizona who requested a mommy makeover type including, revision tummy tuck with liposuction and Brazilian butt lift. She had a consultation with me at my medical office located near Phoenix, Arizona to achieve a better plastic surgery result. Her goal was to reduce the size of her tummy and her back. She told me that she had surgery done elsewhere earlier, but was not happy with the results. She had a tummy tuck and liposuction of the back several years earlier, but complained that her tummy was not flat at the top and that her back was still fat with rolls. She also did not like the scar because it was wavy and high. She wanted me to revise her tummy tuck by lowering the scar and making it look straight, removing more skin and tightening the tummy muscles up at the top. She also wanted me to perform liposuction of the back, hips and thighs to reduce the fat volume there. She wanted me to reshape her buttocks using the Brazilian butt lift technique. She told me she did not like her gluteals because they looked flat and square. She wanted more definition in her figure. We discussed her mommy makeover type 4 at length. Before her cosmetic surgery, she is 5 feet 6 inches and 172 pounds. She told me that her priority was her tummy and the rolls in her back. She wanted a buttock that would stand out. She had surgery at a local Arizona plastic surgery and recovery center. She stayed overnight for greater comfort. She had 4 liters of unwanted fat removed via liposuction on the thighs, tummy, and back. She had a revision tummy tuck that removed 2.5 pounds of excess weight from her body. She had 630 cc of fat injected into each buttock. Photos 6 months after her plastic surgery, show the new shape of the buttocks, back and tummy. She now weighs 166 pounds. She told me recently that she has a lot more confidence because her tummy is flat and tight, her buttocks are very round and shapely and the back is smooth and has no rolls.
