Here we have a 40 year old lady from Gilbert, Arizona who consulted about a breast lift, saline breast implants, liposuction and Brazilian butt lift. She came to my medical office in Scottsdale, Arizona for a cosmetic surgery consultation. Her goal was to improve the size and definition of the buttocks. She also wanted to have liposuction of the tummy, back, hips and thighs. She then wanted me to inject all that fat into the buttocks. She is 5 feet 1 inch and 119 pounds before her cosmetic surgery. Before surgery, she was not happy with her fat pockets over the hips which made her look like she was square. She had her breast lift, liposuction and Brazilian butt lift performed at a local Arizona plastic surgery and recovery center. She went home after her surgery. She had 2 liters of unwanted fat removed via liposuction on the thighs, tummy, and back. She had 400 cc of fat placed into each buttock. The total volume of fat injected was 800 cc. Photos 2 months after her body sculpting surgery show her new figure. She now weighs 115 pounds.
