This is a nice 56-year old lady from Chandler, Arizona who requested liposuction of the outer thighs and body surgery at my North Scottsdale, Arizona medical office. I listened as she told me that she lost 35 pounds and developed loose skin in her inner. Un fortunately, not all of the fat went away in the outer thighs. She really was not happy with the saddlebags in the thigh. She was also concerned about the excess skin and flabbiness of the abdomen, including the muscle weakness. She wanted to have a combined cosmetic surgery operation that would lift her inner and outer thighs, reduce the cellulite, reduce the wrinkles and improve the tone of the thighs, while tightening the tummy. We recommended an outer thigh lift, an inner thigh lift, and an extended tummy tuck. I also recommended liposuction of the outer thighs to reduce the size of the fat pads in that location. In order to reduce the weight of the thighs, liposuction of the fad pads was performed and this helped to give her a better figure with thinner thighs. She had her surgery at a local Scottsdale plastic surgery center and stayed for 3 nights after surgery. She recovered nicely from her extended tummy tuck, medial thigh lift and outer thigh lift with lipo of the saddlebag area. The photos are taken 2 months after body contouring. During her last visit, she mentioned that she was pleased with the size, smoothness and shape of her thighs.
