Here we have 34 year old lady originally from Flagstaff, Arizona who desired liposuction and Brazilian butt lift. She came to my medical office located in North Scottsdale, Arizona for a plastic surgery consultation. Her goal was to increase the size of her buttocks and to make them look more round and full. She also wanted for me to perform lipo of the front and back of the body and to remove the excess skin that was left over from childbirth. She requested a tummy tuck, lipo and Brazilian butt lift in a single operation. She also wanted lipo of the arms and thighs. We discussed that she would have a mommy makeover type 4. Before her cosmetic surgery, she is 5 feet 6 inches and 200 pounds. She told me that her priority was her buttocks and the rolls in her back. She wanted a buttock that would stand out. She had surgery at a local Arizona plastic surgery and recovery center. She had 5 liters of unwanted fat removed via liposuction on the thighs, tummy, back, and arms. She had a tummy tuck that removed 4.5 pounds of excess weight from her body. She had 850 cc of fat injection into each buttock. Photos 6 months after her plastic surgery, show the new shape of the buttocks achieved via fat grafting. She now weighs 182 pounds. She told me recently that she has a lot more confidence because her buttocks are very round and full. She also appreciates the tightness of her tummy and the smoothness of her back.
