This is a 33 year old woman from Phoenix, Arizona who requested a a Brazilian butt lift as part of her mommy makeover. She had the desire to have a tummy tuck and lipo of the body to obtain enough fat for fat transfer and increase the buttock size. She requested I place as much of the fat through fat injections into her buttocks to make them fuller and more round. Several years before consulting for cosmetic surgery in Arizona, she had a mini tummy tuck. She was not sure she could have another tummy tuck. After examining her, I recommended we could perform a revision tummy tuck and a Brazilian butt lift all in one session. This is known as a the style 4 mommy makeover. Her mommy makeover included a revision tummy tuck, lipo of the tummy, hips, thighs, and back and fat grafting of the buttocks. I was able to remove 2700 cc of unwanted fat from her body using tumescent lipo. The fat was especially prepared for fat transfer. I then place 490 cc of fat grafting volume into each buttock. Her post-surgery photos taken 3 months after revision tummy tuck, liposuction, and Brazilian buttock lift demonstrate her results. She told me that she loves her new figure and that she is very confident with her new flat tummy and very full buttocks.
