A 36-year old woman from the Phoenix area in central Arizona wanted tummy tuck, liposuction and Brazilian butt lift in one surgery. She came to my office near Scottsdale, Arizona for a cosmetic surgery consult. with regards to her wishes. Her goal was to improve the size and definition of her butt via fat injections. She also wanted her buttocks to look more round and attractive. She requested that I use the fat in her tummy while I performed a tummy tuck to tighten her skin and weak muscles. She wanted me to perform a tummy tuck with liposuction of the thighs, hips, and back. She requested I move the fat into the buttocks and hips at the same time. She also wanted lipo of the arms. Before plastic surgery, she is 5 feet 3 inches and 139 pounds. I recommended a mommy makeover type 4, which includes tummy tuck, liposuction and Brazilian butt lift via fat transfer. The operation was done at a local Scottsdale plastic surgery and recovery center. During surgery, 3 liters of fat was removed via liposuction on the thighs, tummy, back, and arms. A total of 650 cc of fat was transferred into each butt. She also had 200 cc of fat injections into the saddlebags. The total volume of fat placed in buttock and saddlebags was 1650 cc. Photos show her results at 1 year after body sculpting surgery with an excellent long-term maintenance of the augmentation and roundness of the buttocks.
