A 29-year old lady from Sun City, Arizona who requested tummy tuck with liposuction and Brazilian butt lift. She had a consultation with me at my plastic surgery center located in Scottsdale, Arizona in order to achieve her goals. Her goals were to reduce the size of her tummy and her back fat while achieving a bigger and rounder butt. She also told me that her buttock used to be very round and not saggy before pregnancy. After 4 kids, her tummy became very flabby and her figure changed for the worst. She wanted to flatten her tummy using the tummy tuck with a very low incision technique and use all the fat to fill up her buttocks. She also wanted me to perform liposuction of the back, hips and thighs to significantly reduce the fat volume. She wanted reshaping of her buttocks using the Brazilian butt lift technique with fat grafting. Ultimately, she wanted more definition for her figure. We discussed this mommy makeover type 4. Before her cosmetic surgery, she is 5 feet 6 inches and 172 pounds. She had surgery at a local Arizona plastic surgery and recovery center. She stayed overnight for greater comfort. She had 4.5 liters of unwanted fat removed via liposuction on the thighs, tummy, and back. She had a tummy tuck that removed 2 pounds of excess weight from her body. She had 900 cc of fat injections into each buttock. Photos 3 months after her surgery, demonstrate the new shape of the buttocks, back and tummy. She has appreciable flatness of her tummy while at the same time achieving a fuller and round buttocks.
