Viridiana Sanchez is the Executive Director of Clinical Services for Guerra Plastic Surgery Center and reports directly to Dr. Aldo. Responsible for all of the company's clinical administrative services, Viridiana oversees office staff, provides coordination and training, and directs patient education. She also heads Dr. Aldo's educational seminars for the community to educate the public on the latest advancements in the techniques, technology and safety in plastic surgery.
Lanette Harris
Executive Director of Medical Operations
Lanette Harris is the Executive Director of Medical Operations for Guerra Plastic Surgery Center and reports directly to Dr. Aldo. Lanette supervises Dr. Aldo's medical administration and all coordination with staff and patients, including patient communications, surgery scheduling, staff supervision and training and HIPAA/OSHA compliance.
Janet Stoeber
Plastic Surgery Scheduler / Patient Coordinator
Janet Stoeber is our Plastic Surgery Scheduler and Patient Coordinator. With over 15 years of plastic surgery experience, Janet coordinates with patients to schedule their cosmetic surgery procedure. She is a true professional using her contacts with the different surgical facilities and anesthesia offices in Arizona.
Alexa Olmos
Patient Coordinator
Alexa Olmos is dedicated to helping patients learn about the plastic surgery procedures and helping them get ready for their surgery at Guerra Plastic Surgery Center. She is responsible for coordinating all aspects of office administration and she excels at customer service. Alexa is very professional and enjoys working with patients in assisting them in their plastic surgery endeavors.

Genaro Guerra is the Business Manager for the Guerra Plastic Surgery Center and is responsible for office administration, strategic-planning, accounting and advertising.
