Breast Augmentation

A 25 year old lady living in Paradise Valley, Arizona requested breast augmentation at my Scottsdale, Arizona medical office. She told me that she has always been an A cup and that she wanted to look very natural after breast surgery. We discussed breast implant options. We looked through a number of breast augmentation before and after photos together so she could get an idea of what type of breast enlargement result she wanted. Before breast surgery she is 5 feet 5 inches and 100 pounds. She wears an A cup. She requested a solid C cup that was proportionate. She is shown 4 months after breast augmentation using 350 cc Smooth Round High Profile Saline breast implants under the muscle via a crease incision.
