A 38 year old woman, 5 feet 4 inches, 108 pounds, with significant loss of breast volume after 3 kids. During consultation, she stated that she was a negative AA Cup. She requested a proportional and natural Mid B Cup and an improvement in appearance. She is shown 7 months after breast augmentation with Moderate Plus Profile smooth saline filled 260 cc implants placed under the muscle through a breast crease incision.
