49 year old woman with a history breast augmentation 30 years ago. She complained of unnatural breast hardness and the unusual square breast shape from capsule contractures. She is shown 1 year after two-stage impant exchange/ capsule removal and lift (Old silicone implants taken out and replaced with Moderate Plus Profile Cohesive Silicone Gel Implants). Six months after implant exchange, she had a periareolar breast lift.
