A 41 year old lady seen in the Scottsdale office requested a breast enhancement. She mentioned that over the years the breast had become increasingly saggy and deflated. She wanted fuller and less sagging looking breasts. She is shown 6 months after augmentation using High Profile 420 cc saline filled implants under the muscle and using a crease incision less then 1 inch long. She is very pleased to be a Full C cup.
