A 38 year old lady seen in our Scottsdale office is 5 feet 8 inches and 140 pounds requested fuller breasts. She wished to have the most natural looking Mid C cup possible and to reduce any sagginess. She is shown 6 months after breast augmentation using 330 cc High Profile saline filled implants placed under the muscle and using a crease incision less than 1 inch long.
