A 30 year old woman who was unhappy with breast surgery done elsewhere. She had increased firmness of both breasts from saline implants placed 7 years ago. She requested softer, slightly bigger breasts. She is shown 1 year after breast implant exchange from 290 textured saline filled implants to Moderate Plus Profile 400 cc Cohesive Silicone Gel implants and is pleased with the increased cleavage, shape and softness of her new breasts.
