A 28 year old patient seen at the Phoenix office requested fuller breasts. After 2 kids she wanted to reduce the sagginess and fill the loss of volume. She is shown 8 months after augmentation with Moderate Plus Profile 440 cc saline filled implants placed under the muscle using a crease incision less than 1 inch in length. She is very pleased with the results of surgery.
