Here we have a 52 year old lady who lost 110 pounds after Lap Band™ procedure. She was referred by her bariatric surgeon, but decided to see me after she was also referred to my plastic surgery office by her sister who had cosmetic surgery with me a year before. We discussed her two priorities, the breasts and her tummy. She wanted a combined procedure including a breast reduction and tummy tuck. I also recommended liposuction of the tummy and hips. I recommended that we perform her type 3 mommy makeover at a certified plastic surgery center. She had her surgery and made a wonderful recovery. Her breast size went from a 38FF to a 38D cup. She told me that her back pain and neck pain was gone and that having a breast reduction was the best decision she had ever made. She also appreciated the results of her tummy tuck and lipo.
