A 42 year old lady desired liposuction and buttock enhancement. She is 5 feet 4 inches and 160 pounds. She never had a buttock in all her life and also had a dimple on the left from an injection as a child. She had surgery at Greenbaum Specialty Hospital. She had 4.5 liters of fat liposuctioned on the thighs, tummy, back, and arms. She had 1000 cc of fat grafted into each buttock. Photos 6 months after show the new shape of the body and buttocks. She now weighs 149 pounds. She is very pleased with her new figure.
