A 53 year old woman from Paradise Valley, Arizona who desired to walk on the beach and be totally comfortable with the way her buttock looked. She consulted with me at my Scottsdale, Arizona plastic surgery office. She complained about the extra rolls and lines at the bottom of her gluteals. She also was concerned that her buttocks were small for her size. She also requested liposuction of the hips and back. She wanted me to use the volume for fat injections. The plan for her cosmetic surgery was to perform 300 cc of fat transfer. She had her procedure performed at a local Arizona plastic surgery center. The lipo of the hips and back was performed using tiny incisions. The fat volume was used for fat grafting into the buttocks. She is shown in her before and after photos, 6 weeks after gluteal and thigh lift and liposuction of the hips and back and fat injections.
