In this section, we have a 47 year old lady looking to improve her facial features. She came to my medical office in Scottsdale, Arizona to discuss her plastic surgery goals. She was concerned with her jowls and flabby tissue of the neck. She also wanted fuller lips and a stronger chin. We discussed several options including facelift, fat grafting to the lips, chin and laugh lines and neck liposuction. She wanted liposuction in the thighs and for me to use this volume for fat injections into the face. The fat transfer would allow for the restoration of facial volume that naturally goes away with aging. She had her cosmetic surgery at a local plastic surgery and recovery center. Her operation included a facelift, neck liposuction, and fat injections into the lips, laugh lines and chin. She went home and recovered nicely. The results demonstrates a nice contour to her face. She looks younger and healthier. The lips look fuller, but natural. There is also a nice separation between the face and neck, which makes her look thinner. In the before and after photographs, she is shown 15 months after her cosmetic surgery.
