A 61 year old lady from Scottsdale, Arizona who desired hand rejuvenation. She disliked the visible veins, tendons and brown spots. We discussed several options including dermal filler injections and fat transfer. She mentioned there were areas of unwanted fat in the tummy and thighs. We decided that she would benefit from liposuction to those areas. She decided to use her fat volume for fat grafting to the hands. We discussed a procedure where the fat transfer is perform to the hand in the areas of the visible tendons and veins. She had the lipo and fat injections performed at a local plastic surgery center and recovered from cosmetic surgery very nicely. She is shown 10 months after fat grafting of each hand to restore healthy volume and 2 treatments of intensed pulsed light (IPL) to reduce her brown spots.
