38 year old woman, who is also a mother of 3, consulted with me at my medical office. She desired better abdominal shape, and smaller hips and thighs. She requested tummy tuck and lipo to reduce her tummy and waistline. She also wanted lipo to reduce her inner and outer thighs. She discussed with me options for liposuction, liposculpture, and ultrasound lipo. She chose tumescent lipo at the same time as her tummy tuck. She had her cosmetic surgery and went home to recover. She is shown before and 11 months after full tummy tuck and lipo of the tummy, hips, inner and outer thighs. Total volume of unwanted fat removed was 4600 cc of in one session.
