Here we have a pleasant 20 year lady from Goodyear, Arizona who was interested in several plastic surgery operations. She was looking to have a combined breast augmentation and rhinoplasty. For her nose, she told that it was too wide for her face, specially the tip and nostrils. She also complained about a small nasal hump. Her goal with nose reshaping surgery included balancing her face by reducing the overall size of the nose. I saw her in my Scottsdale, Arizona plastic surgery office. During the consultation, she also requested more finesse of the nose including a smaller tip, nostril size, and reduction of the hump. The patient had nose reshaping and breast augmentation in a single operation at a local Arizona cosmetic surgery center.
