In this section we have before and after photos of a 44 year old lady from Phoenix, Arizona who requested rhinoplasty to reduce the nasal hump and give her better tip projection. She was also interested in breast surgery. She consulted with me at my Scottsdale, Arizona medical office for a nose job, breast lift and breast implants to increase her cup size. At the consultation, I listened carefully at her request for a better nasal shape. She was concerned about the hump in the nose, but I pointed out that one of her problems was the lack of nasal tip projection and definition. We had a long discussion about her goals and I recommended a nasal reshaping surgery to improve the tip and reduce the hump. She had rhinoplasty performed at a local Arizona cosmetic surgery center and she made a wonderful recovery. She is shown before and 2months after nasal reshaping surgery with a straight profile of her nose and increased tip projection.
