Here we have a nice 25 year old lady from Cave Creek, Arizona who desired plastic surgery of the nose and chin. She had contemplated having rhinoplasty and chin augmentation for a long time before finding a plastic surgeon. She consulted with me at my Scottsdale, Arizona medical office to achieve a smaller nose. She noticed that her chin was small and asked about chin augmentation. Her goal was to balance her face by increasing the chin projection and reducing the nasal hump. She wanted her nasal tip not to look droopy after surgery.
