A nice young lady, a 22-year-old lady, came to see me about her goal of achieving a mommy makeover. This included a breast augmentation and tummy tuck combination operation. In the tummy, her concern was the flabby skin that developed from delivering babies. I recommend a low incision tummy tuck with hip liposuction. She also really liked silicone breast implants for her breast augmentation because they were very soft and natural. Before the breast intervention, she was wearing a 36 A+ and she requested a full C cup. She is 5 feet 3 inches tall, and weighs 153 pounds.
During surgery, I placed 400 cc silicone gel breast implants using a gentle technique of placement under the muscles. The tummy tuck was performed utilizing our very low incision technique while the abdominal muscles were corrected. Liposuction in the tummy, love handles and flanks allowed for the removal of unwanted fat. This young lady preferred to go home after surgery and made an excellent recovery after her mommy makeover.
