A pleasant 25-year-old lady from eastern Arizona decided to discuss her goal of achieving a mommy makeover with breast augmentation and tummy tuck. For the tummy, she was concerned about the flabby skin that developed from childbirth. We recommended a Phoenix tummy tuck and liposuction procedure using the very low incision tummy tuck technique. She was very concerned with achieving a very natural looking belly button. In addition, we also recommended liposuction of the flanks and hips to reduce the waistline. In her opinion, her breasts were not perky and very deflated. She did request to have a fuller cup and to achieve the most natural result possible using silicone breast implants. Before breast cosmetic surgery, she was wearing a 34A and requested a small D cup.

This mommy makeover was performed using Mentor’s 425 cc moderate plus silicone gel filled breast implants placed under the muscles using a dual plane technique for her breast augmentation.
A tummy tuck was performed using our very low incision technique and the abdominal muscles were corrected. Liposuction in the tummy, love handles and flanks allowed for the removal of 550 cc of unwanted fat from her body. A pain-reducing pump was placed for greater comfort.
Preferring to stay one night at the surgery center, this patient made an excellent recovery after her mommy makeover. She is feeling very confident with her new figure and enjoys how her breasts feel soft and natural.
