This case involves a 31-year-old lady interested in a mommy makeover. She was unhappy with a flabby tummy, stubborn fat pockets, and deflated breasts after 2 babies. I recommended silicone breast implants, 400 cc moderate plus in a dual plane. This includes under the muscle, but also a lower pocket to fill out the deflated breast. She wanted to create a tight and flat tummy and have a D cup after breast augmentation. Before the operations, she is 5 feet 4 inches and 127 pounds. I recommended a tummy tuck, muscle placation, and lipo of the tummy and hips. The results of cosmetic surgery are shown before and 3 months after her tummy and breast plastic surgery.
