A pleasant young woman, 33 years old with children from Paradise Valley, Arizona requested a mommy makeover. After the babies, her breasts became deflated and slightly saggy but she wanted to avoid vertical scars from breast lift. She requested silicone breast implants to reach the most natural and softest results possible. She also wanted a tummy tuck as a combined procedure. There was almost no extra fat tissue on her body therefore Dr. Aldo did not recommend liposuction. She desired perkier breasts and a full C cup. She was a good candidate for a breast augmentation. Before breast surgery, she was 5 feet 5 inches and 115 pounds. She was wearing a 34 B cup. During breast implant surgery, we used Moderate Plus silicone gel breast implants, 375 cc per side, with both placed under the muscle and achieved a full C cup. We also reduced and lifted her breast using an areola incision. The breasts were 6.5 x 6 centimeters before and were reduced to 4 x 4 centimeters after breast surgery. We also performed a tummy tuck with no liposuction at a Scottsdale plastic surgery center. She is shown 3 months after mommy makeover.
