A very pleasant lady, 30 years of age from North Scottsdale, Arizona came to our plastic surgery office in Scottsdale, Arizona for a consultation. Dr. Aldo came highly recommended for his breast augmentation and tummy tuck surgery, a type 1 mommy makeover.
Dissatisfied with a flabby tummy, stubborn fat pockets, and her deflated breasts after three kids, she was really concerned about the stretch marks in her tummy and the smaller breast cup.
Despite a good diet and exercise, her tummy continued to bother her, and her breasts had become small and deflated. She wanted to create a tight and flat tummy and allow for a cup size of full D for her frame of 5 feet 8 inches and 137 pounds. Dr. Aldo recommended a tummy tuck, liposuction of the tummy and hips and breast augmentation using silicone gel breast implants. There was mild asymmetry and a different size breast implant was recommended for each breast.
Her cosmetic surgery was performed at a local Arizona plastic surgery center with an overnight stay and a pain-reducing pump for better comfort. She had a tummy tuck to tighten the muscles and the loose skin. The silicone breast implants were placed under the muscle with a 450 cc volume implant placed on the left and a 475 cc breast implant placed on the right side. The results show her before and after photos taken three months after her surgery.
