We see here the case of a 41-year-old lady who became interested in a mommy makeover to improve her breasts and tummy. For her, the abdomen was the real priority, but she also decided on silicone breast implants because they felt soft and natural. In fact, she had undergone liposuction with another surgeon but did not have much of an improvement in the tummy. I discussed and recommended a very low incision tummy tuck with liposuction of the tummy and hips. I also recommended a tummy muscle correction to achieve the flattest tummy and achieve her goals. I recommended 400 cc silicone breast implants to achieve a small D cup. Before the operation, she was 5 feet 5 inches and 143 pounds. Her cosmetic operation was performed at a local Arizona plastic surgery center using an overnight stay and a pain-reducing pump. Results of surgery photos are shown before and photos taken 3 months after the operation.
