This shows a 45 year old lady who decided on a mommy makeover with breast augmentation and tummy tuck. She had a breast lift in the past and this was done without breast implants by another plastic surgeon. She was an A cup when she came to my office and wanted to be bigger and fuller at the top of her breasts. For her tummy, she was concerned about the flabby and loose skin from childbirth. Therefore, Dr. Aldo recommended a Phoenix tummy tuck and liposuction using a low incision tummy tuck technique and liposuction of the hips. She wanted a C breast cup with silicone breast implants. Before the plastic surgery operation, she was in good health, 5 feet 9 inches tall, and weighed 142 pounds. Achieving an ideal and natural looking result was a big priority. She had her cosmetic operation with an overnight stay. Her mommy makeover was performed using Mentor’s 325 cc moderate plus silicone gel filled breast implants placed under the muscles. A tummy tuck was performed using our very low incision process and the abdominal muscles were corrected. She has a great deal of confidence with her new figure after cosmetic surgery.
