This is a 31 year old patient who lives in Flagstaff, Arizona. It is noteworthy before surgery, she had size asymmetry and widely separated breasts. She had a breast augmentation with 5th generation cohesive gummy bear Mentor MemoryGel Boost 520 cc high profile breast implants. She is shown 3 months after breast augmentation surgery. A $100 non-refundable consultation fee is required to schedule a consultation for Brazilian Butt Lift, Breast Implant Exchange, Breast Implants Removal, Body Lift, and Thigh Lift. Two (2) business day notice is required if you need to reschedule your appointment to avoid any fees.

If you previously had a FREE consultation then a $100 non-refundable fee for a second consultation is required.

We require a $25 scheduling fee for all non-surgical procedures. Two (2) business day notice is required if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment to avoid any fees.

We do not accept insurance.
