Primarily concerned with the lack of size and cleavage, this 26-year-old was wearing a small B cup bra and requested a very full D cup for after her surgery. In addition, she requested breasts that looked full, high and very round. After her breast surgery, using a 535 cc saline filled breast implant on the right and a 525 cc saline filled breast implant on the left, she was able to achieve the round, full D cup you see here. Her cleavage is noted to be beautiful and nicely improved.
