A 21-year-old lady with very small breast volume requested a breast augmentation to go from an A cup to a full C cup. She had always been relatively small and had not seen a change in her breast cup in over 4 years. At 5 feet 2 inches and 130 pounds, she wanted to improve her symmetry and better cleavage. Her after photos show her 8.5 weeks after breast augmentation with high profile silicone gel filled breast implants placed via a crease incision and under the muscle. She now wears a very full C cup, although she can fit nicely into some D cup bras.
