A full C or small D cup, better cleavage, and an over-all round shape was the goal for this 21-year-old woman who requested a breast augmentation using saline breast implants. Before the surgery, she was wearing a 34A cup with obvious asymmetry of the breasts. She wanted a firm and overly round upper pole of the breasts and decided to pursue saline for that reason as opposed to a more natural silicone breast implant result. A moderate plus saline breast implant, which enhances roundness and while giving patients good forward projection, cleavage and upper breast pole volume fit that goal well. The after photos show a solid full C cup using 400 cc breast implants placed under the muscle.

If you previously had a FREE consultation then a $100 non-refundable fee for a second consultation is required.
