This 25-year-old woman was looking for a breast augmentation and combined rhinoplasty from a board certified plastic surgeon. She wanted a Scottsdale plastic surgeon with a lot of experience that could show her a lot of before and after photos with saline breast implants. Before breast augmentation surgery, she is 5 feet and 2 inches tall and 125 pounds. Her request was to go from an A cup to a small D cup. Before the surgery exam, she had a double breast crease on both breasts and she wanted to have that part of her anatomy improved. I recommended a dual plane technique to achieve the best results. Her look is achieved using 450 cc Moderate Plus profile saline breast implants placed under the muscle through a crease incision. After the surgery she let us know that her experience with our plastic surgery center was excellent. She is thrilled with her D cup. It has been the best decision that she has made in her life.
